BOOKING INFORMATION

We have made the booking process as seamless and stress free as possible:

STEP 1:  GET A QUOTE 

  • To get an instant price quote directly on our website just click on Get A Quote and fill out our inquiry form to check our availability and select the services you are interested in.  You will then receive an instant price quote directly on our website.  You may adjust your quote to include or remove services or even adjust the time to fit your needs. The quote you receive will be complete and accurate including any and all fees. 

STEP 2:  LET'S MEET 

  • Once you receive your quote, we will reach out to you via email to see if you would like to schedule a free no obligation personal consultation to go over your quote and answer any questions you may have. Meetings can be in over the phone and/or through zoom, which ever works best for you.

STEP 3:  BOOK YOUR DATE

  • Once you have decided you would like to go forward with booking and locking in your date, we will them email you a contract with the services you requested and you just simply need to sign and return the contact and make the minimum retainer payment to reserve your date. Payment can be made online through our website. Once the signed contact and retainer payment are received, we will then email you confirmation that your date is booked and secured. 

STEP 4:  PLANNING PHASE

  • Once you have booked and secured your date, we will create an account for you in our online planning system and send you an email with your password so you can being your planning and music selections.  Your completed forms, musics selections and balance are due 14 days prior to your event date.  We are always available to help with anything you need during the planning phase including unlimited consultations and of course, music suggestions.

STEP 5:  FINAL DETAILS

  • About 30 days prior to your event we will email you to schedule a final phone meeting. The final meeting is usually about two weeks prior to your event date.  At the final meeting, we will go over all your planing information including timeline as well as music selections and ensure every detail is covered.  We will also create a custom entertainment agenda for you that you can share with all your vendors. At this point, you will also be able to add any additional services or time to your event that you would like.
